Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and straightforward.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@fitshop.lv with your order number.

If you paid for the order, the full amount — including any shipping cost — will be refunded to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case you may return it once you receive it, under the conditions described below.

Return Policy

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item.

Conditions for return

Product must be unopened and in original packaging
Product must not be damaged or used
Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

Opened food or nutritional supplements (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, flavour or size, please return the original item — provided it meets the return conditions above — and place a new order for the item you want.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, you do not need to place a new order: contact us within 48 hours at info@fitshop.lv and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return – 4 Steps

We’ll confirm the return and provide instructions within 1-2 business days.

Pack the item securely and send it to our return address.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or bank account). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Received a damaged or wrong product? Contact us within 48 hours at info@fitshop.lv with a photo – we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your Rights

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
